BADEN-POWELL
 SCOUT GUILD

Perth, Western Australia

On 22nd February 1971 a meeting was called by Mr Milton Boyce, to be held at Scout Headquarters, Durham House, Hay Street, Perth, of interested people to discuss the formation of a Baden-Powell Guild.

The first Annual General Meeting of the Guild was held on the 12th July 1971 and was attended by 16 Metropolitan and 4 Country Financial Members.

The objects of the BP Guild are-
   1.   To keep alive among its members the spirit of the Scout Law and Promise.
   2.   To carry that spirit into the communities in which they live and work.
   3.   To  give active support to the Scout Movement as far as other responsibilities will allow.

Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 years provided they are willing to accept the Scout Promise.

Our age group at the present time is between 19 years to 93 years.
